Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse due to the high costs of international shipping.

1. Eligibility for Refunds (Damaged or Incorrect Items) We only offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The wrong item was sent.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. SakuraJP will cover return shipping costs in these cases.

2. Item Condition for Returns

  • New Items (Figures, etc.): Must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Once opened, returns are not accepted.

  • Used Items (if applicable): Must be returned with all original accessories and in the same condition as described in the listing.

3. Exclusions Items sold as "AS-IS" or "Junk" are strictly non-refundable.

4. Non-Delivery & Lost Packages In the rare event that your package does not arrive, we will immediately initiate an official investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note that refunds will be issued ONLY after the carrier officially concludes the investigation and confirms the package as "Lost".

  • The investigation process may take several months depending on the carrier and the destination country.

  • This procedure is necessary to verify the status of the package and prevent fraud.

  • We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this process.

5. EU Right of Withdrawal (For Change of Mind) Except for the cases of defects or incorrect items mentioned in Sections 1 and 2, customers residing in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt for new items. In these "change of mind" cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
