1. Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer straightforward shipping rates based on your location:

Free Shipping: United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and D.C.), Canada, and Asia (South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia).
$15.00 Flat Rate Shipping: Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and European Union (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Norway).

2. Handling Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or Japanese public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Estimates

United States / Canada / Asia: 5 to 10 business days after shipment.
Oceania / UK / EU: 7 to 15 business days after shipment.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or seasonal demand.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SakuraJP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for details.

5. Shipping Restrictions

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we have the following restrictions:

No P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address.
No Military Addresses: We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
No U.S. Territories: We do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or Northern Mariana Islands.
